my baby is 4mnths and 17days old she just had 10weeks vaccination but today is third day still she is having fever .. iam giving her paracetamol 125mg... is it okay?

A. hi ideally ,it subsides by the 3 days but the thing is you need to measure the temprature at first. if it remains 100f or above ,you must consult your pediatrician. please offer more feeds to your child.
