my baby is 45days week ,he always cries for feeding even after feeding,he always want nippli to keep in his mouth, he sucks slowly,he sleeps very less,is this common

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who wfill guide regarding this.
see videos on you tube for breastfeeding position and attachment.
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk for yourselff.
take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.

It Could be due to stomach pain also it is not necessarily that your child is hungry so you just try to understand that a lot of time she can get confuse also if you feel that your child is not sleeping well according to the age that is why I probably your child is more irritated consult your paediatrician ones
