My baby is 45days old he is having rashes problem all over his body even in his face please suggest sumthing for my baby

A. hi ...babies do develop rashes or pimple like thing on their body few weeks after birth. these rashes last for few weeks and then they go off on thei own. do not apply any new soap, shampoo, lotion or cram on babies body. just apply coconut oil.
