My baby is 45days old . Baby fasing gas issue .what do ?

Bonnisan is a good medicine that can be used during the time of gas and stomach pain so you can use it if it is a need you can give five drops one time maximum four times in the day and every day this medicine can be used but only prefer using it during the time of stomach pain
