Mam this usually happens after a BCG vaccination or any body parts so you just have to actually puncture and get the PUSS out of the place it is basically an infection that happens after BCG and then you can clean Betadine ointment and leave it do it every day this will settle within three or four days automatically and if needed check with your doctor
