my baby is 45 days old..she is suffering with Lactose intolerance.. can I give lactose free milk during day and breast milk during night?

Author of questionGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. my baby is 1 and half month, doctor confirmed that she has lactose intolerance. what are all the physical examination should be done for this disease. what are all the test are required? being a pediatrician could you please explain which test we need to perform to my baby?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no you should not give milk even during night Times if baby is having lactose intolerance. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
