my baby is 40 days old and he is not passing stool for the past 3 days and he is exclusively breastfeed. should I be worried??? how many days is considered normal if a child is not passing stool

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. now orries. at all relax. baby s do not do potty each day so it s ok and normal not to poop daily. If baby is on exclusive mother feed s then no poop upto 7 days also is said to be normal
