My baby is 4 yr old her height is 91 cm and weight is around 10 kgs. Is she under weight and under height? If so what needs to be done. Kindly advise

A. good morning the weight is definitely less I would recommend that you should try to give your child Milk products for improvement in the weight as well as height you can give one slice of cheese everyday paneer preparations can be given
