my baby is 4 months old.. since 10 days, my baby Stull is not normal.. its in yellow green color and sometimes it has cough also.. please advise

Green colour stool is not always alarming it can be because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. If your baby is having congestion then you can use nasal clear drops to clean baby’s nose and can also give indirect steam with warm water.
