my baby is 4 months old..she is still lying in back down position and not trying to change to tummy down position..is this normal??what can I do for that??

A. it is fine that the baby is not started roll over yet.. also as the baby is comfortable with let the baby be in tummy position for that duration.. 5mins or as comfortable with.. take care of neck.. slowly baby will learn..
