Q.

My baby is 4 months old she is refused to take breastfeed also her urine is yellow in colour also doing urine only 4-5 times in a day with less contet

A. baby is getting less feed ,so passing less urine and yellow. increase baby's feeding and baby should pass urine atleast 8-10 times in a day. otherwise if dehydrated , may need admission in hospital.
