My baby is 4 months old she is not sleeping in the morning as well as in the night even though she receives enough feeding

If Your child isn’t sleeping at all then that is definitely a matter of concern but without assessing the child I cannot tell you as to why your child is acting like this because most of the time till the age of six months kids can easily sleep for 17 to 18 hours so you do need to consult your doctor ones
