my baby is 4 months old..she is getting hiccups frequently..how to stop them

A. Infant colic is commonest cause of excessive irritability of newborns and infants. To get rid of this you need to do infant colic exercise 10 to 12 cycle per sitting 3 to 4 times a day. You may use colicaid drops, enzymes drops. Mother has to take easily digestible food,must consume more garlic, ginger, Fenugreek,asoeftida in her diet.

A. Hiccups are normal and usually don't hurt your baby. In younger babies, hiccups are usually a sign that they need to be seated upright during or after feeding, that feeding needs to be slower for them, or that they need more time before or after feeding to relax
