my baby is 4 months old now when at touched at posterior fontanelle bones are separated that means not fused is this normal

A. hi ideally, posterior fontanelle closes first within 2 months of birth but as your child is 4 months old and still having this open , please consult your pediatrician who can suggest right after examining your child.
