Q.

My baby is 4 months old now. she is on breastfeed and formula feed both. Family says we can start some semi solid/mashed foods now, but doctor denied. Also, on internet mix suggestions are there. what is good for her??

A. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please note this first six months should be exclusively for mothers milk or formula milk is suggested by your pediatrician you should not include even water until your baby complete 6 months old and you can start with a semi solid diet after your baby complete 6 months
