Q.
My baby is 4 months old now and my delivery was normal but i am still having pain in my tailbone and some times it is very difficult for me to even walk. How much time it will take to heal?

Dear mommy Happens after delivery Lasts upto 6 months post delivery.. to avoid pain- dont do strenuous activity/ work out .. take calcium tablets regularly.. use hot water bag/ hot pack for pain relief Consider going for physiotherapy for back strengthening exercises
