my baby is 4 months old. In his urine culture previously it was found klebsella and his usg kub was normal....and doctor gave him agumenton ....after the treatment again e coli is found....what is the reason for uti again and again

kindly take plenty of fluids to drink to and maintain hygiene of the urinary farea and contact your doctor for relevant xexamination and investigation
