Q.

my baby is 4 months old I hav been feeding almond and dates powder in milk all these days can I also add walnuts? is it safe?

A. You should not start giving nuts to the baby as baby is just 4 months old and once your baby complete six months then only start giving semi solids to the baby

A. yes you can have all the dry fruits for yourself in the milk if you are breastfeeding mum to 3 month old baby there is absolutely no problem but you should not give all these things to your baby in milk right now if you're giving formula milk then you should not at all this things in formula milk
