My baby is 4 months old. His weight is 5kg ,but he looks too thin. What should i do to make him chubby?

A. Dear mum, baby being chubby is not the only indicator for good health. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
