Q.
My baby is 4 months old.Her head at the back side has become so flat. Is there any solution to make it round. Can i use baby helmets to make it round. Plz suggest to me what can i do

Author of questionGuardian of a 3 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. Thank you doctor. Just to confirm we should not use a helmet, we can just use a mustard pillow, is it correct.

Flat head in Babies is very common mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This will become normal by itself gradually when the skull grow in size and shape wfith age . h No musturd seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required for the corrrction .
