My baby is 4 months old. He mostly put his head on right side. But neck movement is fine . He moves head left right up and down

A. it is very common that during the first one or two months and sometimes up to four months the child may be having one sided preference that is thce child might be sleeping only on the one side or the head will see only on single side but noc need to worry it will improve in next few months
