Q.
My baby is 4 months old …. He is underweight…. And I was giving him evamil formula…. I cannot see any gain weight in him…. Can u plz suggest which formula is good for him … some have suggested me to start nan pro and lactogen…. Can u plz suggest what should I do? And how can I increase my Brest milk so that the baby gains proper weight? What diet should I start as a brest feeding mom?

Nan would be better in the two options that you have given second you should have more of proteins and fluids into your diet that is going to be good and lastly I would also recommend to take a good lactation supplement like Shatavari powder with warm milk three times in the day will also help a lot
