my baby is 4 months old having dark green /grey poop she on formula feed only it started after doctor prescribed multivitamin medicine is it normal or need to consult doctor?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem in colour of the stools unless it's watery and have bad smell for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
