helo my baby. has completed 4 month she is completely on formula milk and some time breast milk she has poop colour dark grey yellow and green mix is normal and attached poop colour

A. it's looking normal. If the stools are soft and easy to pass, than it's normal But, If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time then do check with your Paedritician.
