Q.

My baby is 4 months old but he weighs only 4.15kg. He feeds but does not gain any weight.

A. give exclusive breastfeeding for now further for this you can get proper guidance by consulting your nearby doctor and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach it becomes difficult to explain here in details.

A. Hi It is not necessary for a child is feeding well from you your child is going to gain sometimes the quantity that the freedom of mother mother has is good but the quality is in good which is why maybe the weight is less and also the current weight would completely depend on the birth weight of the child which you haven’t mention and lastly if you still believe that the way it is not appropriate then you can go ahead with starting of formula feeding
