my baby is 4 months old...birth wt 2.99 now 5.1...can we introduce semi solids?

A. no after six months. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
