my baby is 4 months old, and till now her poop colour is green, gray and some times yellow. but nw she passed the poop in littile blood . what is the reason, is it serious problem?

Green, yellow colour stool is normal in babies. But blood in stool is not normal. This is due to infection in stomach. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby.
