my baby girl is 4 months old today her poop colour is yellow and green..is it normal????

A. Yes, yellow and green poop in a 4-month-old baby is usually normal, especially if she is breastfed or formula-fed. Green poop can happen due to foremilk-hindmilk imbalance, mild digestion changes, or iron in formula. Yellow is common in breastfed babies. If your baby is feeding well, gaining weight, and doesn’t show signs of discomfort or diarrhea, there’s no need to worry. However, if the poop is very watery, foul-smelling, or contains mucus or blood, consult your pediatrician.
