Q.

My baby is 4 months old and she is passing black poop. Now a days she is passing poop once in 4-5 days but it is black. no other issues and she is active. we are giving her ultra d3, zincovit , Raricap. is it because any iron medicine? please advice

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. ddproper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment
