A. kindly drink plenty of water and also you can go for shatavari supplements. take plenty of vegetables and fruits and be positive and this will definitely help in increasing the milk production

A. Hello ma’am It happens when a mother does not consume proper protein and milk and all these things the production can go down but since you are saying that your child is like totally tolerant so you can switch to formula feed which is lactose free for the child and do consult a lactation specialist ones as she would be the right person to guide you all the issues related with a lactose tolerant and what all can you do to deal with it
