my baby is 4 months old and his weight is 5.15 kg he is not taking properly breastmilk

Try to keep a track on his weight gain which monthly they gain between the range of 300 GMs to 1 kg and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight. Also it’s important that the baby burps after every feed .. as when gas is not passed it causes a filling feeling to them
