my baby is 4 months old and he salivates a lot. is it okay or is it something to be concerned about?

Do not worry this is a completely normal thing to see when a child starts to have its teeth if you check the gums of the child you will see that they would be either swelling or hardness and occasionally will see that your child would like to take its thumb or hand into the mouth all the time
