my baby is 4 months old and he has been breastfeeding. For the last 6 days he is having loose motion. sometimes he poops after every feed. his one tooth is also coming. I just want to know why this is happening does my baby get weak with this and how should I stop his loose motion. please prescribe some natural way or medicine.

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is prodper there is no need to worry about this phenomena.
usually this phenomedna decreases with increasing age of the child
