My baby is 4 months old. 3 days back, she had fever of 100.5°F, So i gave SumoL drops. Fever was recovered the next day. Since yesterday she had been coughing and has slight blocked nose. Should i give these medicines? she also has dandruff and always rubbing her forehead.

A. just stick to good home remedies like giving indirect steam inhakation, use baby vicks on chest, back n bottom pf feet. increase breast feeding, u msy use sebamed antidandruff shampoo
