Q.

my baby is 4 months n 8 days old ,his weight when he was 3 months was 6.1 kgs,now his weight is 6.5 kgs ,he is exclusively on breast milk still his weight is increased by 400 gms,plz tell me what to do.

A. weight gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it wiegth of the baby seems good. . . .

A. Hello mom It is not necessary that baby gain more weight every month. Sometimes baby doesn’t gain weight in a month so it is totally fine because according to age baby where is totally fine so you should not worry about it at all. Continue breastfeeding your baby and you can start giving solids and water once your baby turned six months old
