A. it is not related to the vaccination Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool you will have to meet your doctor if the consistency is very watery and the child is uncomfortable or there is blood in the stool Also straining while passing urine and stool is normal

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding. or formula milk feeding. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell than there could be some infection.for more guidance you can consult with your doctor and the doctor will clear any further doubts and will give you all the relevant information required regarding the query mentioned .

A. good morning green poop has no connection with the vaccination basically it indicates that the child is suffering from some sort of infection on the body check for different symptoms see if the baby is having fever cough cold stomach problem
