Q.
My Baby is 4 months and 7 days old,from past two days her motion count is around 10 times a day and it is leafy green in color, should i consult a pediatrician?

if the stool is paste like, soft, and baby is putting on weight, taking feeds well, urine count is good, than green poop is not necessarily a cause for concern.

Yup You definitely should consult your paediatrician ones it seems like your child is having lose motions maybe I that your child is having a teeth or it could be due to stomach infection so in either of the cases it’s better that you get a check with your doctor ones for clarity
