Q.

My baby is 4 months and 20 days old and still I am facing a latching issue and low breast milk. That's why I am giving her formula. I want to give her my breast milk. Please suggest me how to overcome this problem.

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself hold the baby incorrect position so that the breast nipples are in centre of the mouth to latch easily
