Q.

my baby is 4 months 29 days old he is suffering for cold,nose fully blocked ,how do this for solve this problem ??

A. Hello, your baby girl is newborn just 29 days old and she is having a cold and nasal blockage so give her 4 drops of wikoryl three times a day and

A. Cold is a viral disease that may occur with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl /ascoril flu cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it will be better to take only under medical guidance.so please get examinpnfration and treatment done by your pediatrician it will be better.no self treatment should be done.
