My baby is 4 months 20 days old. When can we start giving cow milk and solid food? Is there any schedule/chart needs to be followed to start giving food other then formula milk?

A. Hello mom cows milk can only be introduced from the age of one year onwards where as solids can be introduced from the age of 6 months .. onwards only and liquids can be given from 5 months
