My baby is 4 months 17 days old and he started turning over and like to be on his tummy all the time. But the issue is every time he is on his tummy he vomits even if his last feed was 2 hrs ago. Please suggest what can I do.

A. dear mum it is fine as long as the baby is turning by self be prepared for such an episode if the baby is active passing adequate urine and gaining adequate weight then do not worry
