A. Hello mom babies are expected to almost monthly gain in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight, at times the feed itself is quite fattening and that is the reason other could be the baby body type and also their metabolism,

A. hello parents up to 6 months you have to give exclusively dressing and if your baby is gaining weight then better to consult your doctor once and do proper checkup . also if your baby is active sleeping well the no need to worry
