My baby is 4 months 10 days old.he has not pooped from last 5 days....what can be done and is this normal?

Yes this is normal says the child is completely on a liquid diet of the child is passing sufficient amount of urine is the 10 to 15 times for a day taking all the feelings properly there is no problem there is no sign of discomfort to the child and don’t worry about it
