my baby is 4 month years old he hav lactose intolerance problem can I give him milky mist lactose Free milk and breastfeeding also

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist10 months agoA. dear mum , ur 4 mths has been diagnosed with lactose intolerance then depending upon the severity baby may or may not b able to tolerate breastmilk , if mother avouds all sources of lactose in her diet it may help baby is alternatively given lactose free baby formula consult pediatrician
