my baby is 4 month old.she had fever before 3 days and now she has cold.she take breastfeed for long time for 30mintues to 1 hour.but her urine output was normal. should I worry about this?

A. Nothing to worry about if baby is feeding well and active and no sign of discomfort so keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals and burp after feeds take care
