My baby is 4 month old now.she is not gaining weight properly. Breast milk is enough for her,but her weight is not gaining, I can’t sleep because of it. Is there any syrup for her

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the small babies will be gaining good weight during first three months of age a baby will be gaining more than 750 grams for month but afterwards the growth is not as fast as
