A. Namaste Mom, Monthly weight gain of a full term baby is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they triple their birth weight

A. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. Baby should be doubling birth weight by six months and triple by one year completion. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
