my baby is 4 month old but her growth rate is slow ND her weight is not appropriate what to do to increase her weight

Siri Indha initial time as you know we can only go ahead with giving breastfeeding the child if you giving that in your child is not having appropriate growth as your saying then I would recommend you to start giving formula feeding as well to the child that is going to be the right solution for You in the situation that you are right now
