My baby is 4 month old and wakes up every hour at night from couple of days. Is this the 4 month regression phase and when will this be reduced or what all steps should i take for this

Sometimes kids also have a growth sport and they keep feeling hungry from time to times so they keep waking up every now and then so that’s normal if you feel your feet is not enough for the night just in the nighttime once or twice you can give formula with which your child can sleep more comfortably
