my baby is 4 month old and breast milk is low what can I do?

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. you can take lacture capsule for increasing milk supply.
I also take it twice in a day for 1 week.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can take support of lactation supplements like fenugreek capsule or Shatavari powder whatever you wanna go ahead with out of the two and along with that have at least 4 L of liquid
on the minimum side fibre rich and green leafy vegetables and lentils are definitely important
